The Sun loved the Moon so much he died every night to let her breathe

Summary: Saeyoung remembers the question Saeran asked long, long time ago, and yeah, he tries finally to find the answer to it.
A/N: Well, Our lovely Nico is being paired with our most loved hacker with red hair and glasses ya know? This took like week or two to write, maybe because of the writer's block, maybe because of Author's laziness.. No one knows....

What happens to the Moon if the Sun would not die for the Moon? It's eternal question. Yes, the Moon gets its light from the Sun, but why the Sun is still not showing? But there is still some explanation for it, there has to be. And does the Sun kill the Moon every morning, or does the Moon die every morning for the Sun because she loves him so much?

 

That's what Saeran once questioned from Saeyoung. It was long, long time ago, before Saeran was brainwashed by Rika. Before Saeyoung left. Before they knew there were persons called Nico and Ethel. The only females who actually love them. Not like, but love. It's amazing how two so different person can fall in love with each other. And that's what Nico and Saeyoung were. Different. Nico got peaceful -if we don’t think her siblings- and safe childhood without actual danger, but Saeyoung sadly did. Saeyoung was amazing at hacking and with computers etc., Nico was amazing at drawing, cooking/baking and with most of the people. Both could do the other one, but they weren't amazing. Nico was pretty peaceful person in front of the people, Saeyong was annoying and weirdo. Like, super weirdo. 

But, back to the story. Saeyoung somehow remembered the question. He still didn't know the answer. He wanted to, but that was one of the questions he couldn't give good answer. Because it wasn't something you can learn from books, or from computer or anything like that. It wasn't science. It was about feelings. Before you can answer, you need to go it through by yourself. And feel it. And even then you may not learn it. Love is just not something you can know before you have had it. Long time. And you always have something new to learn. Always. But what made Saeyoung remember it? It was Nico. Nico, who asked exactly the same question. And after that, Ethel who asked it little bit other way from Saeran. Why now? Why he remembered now? Why not before or after more time has passed? There was no good reason or explanation, or at least any that Saeyoung knew. 

One day, Nico came to ask Saeyoung, could he come with her, but Saeyoung said no. That was, because Nico needed to go meet her ex-boyfriend. He couldn't meet his beloved one's ex-boyfriend, and that's why he said no. Nico thought about it, and decided still go. When she was gone, he started crying. What if she falls in love with her ex again? 

Nico was walking to the bus station, but one thing came up in her mind. Sometimes you need to be the one, who needs to let go of something for the ones you love. She did turn back, and almost ran to Saeyoung. Actually, she would have fallen too, if Saeyoung hadn't taken tight grip of Nico's wrists. 

"Carefully, Nico. Why are you here?" 

"I thought I should come here, and not to go meet my ex. Have you been crying..?"  she asked, because of Saeyoung's eyes were as red as his hair. Which means, really red.
"No" he lied.
"You're lying"
"No I'm not"
"Yes you are"
"No"
"Yes"
"No"
"Yes
"N-"
He was cut off. By lips on his lips. Nico was annoyed how Saeyoung didn't stop, so this was only way to make him quiet.

"Fine. I was. But why you are here, and not with your ex, falling in love with him again...."
"You idiot, never. I love you."
Saeyoung smiled a bit, and hugged her tightly.

All of sudden they heard laughing. They turned to see where laugh came from, and who else there could be, but Ethel and Saeran.
"You are so cute together" Ethel laughed, and Saeran smirks.
"Get a room you two" they laughed together, making Saeyoung and Nico yell at them.

"You idiots!! Stop that! Go away!!"
"Hey love birds, have a nice night" Ethel laughed happily, and began to walk away with Saeran. Nico sighed, and Saeyoung did same, few seconds later.

At that moment, Saeyoung did realize what the question long ago meant. It was giving up and letting something own, maybe even something important, for those, who you love. If you love someone, you can let even your own life fade away, if it's something that helps the person you love, even if it's hard to let things just go. Because Nico did that. It was important to her to meet her ex, somehow they still were friends, but she didn't go for Saeyoung. Thanks to Nico, now he knew the answer..

Saeran and Ethel laughed most of the time they spent at the car because long way to Ethel and Nico's house and they had screen that showed sometimes what Saeyoung and Nico were doing(Saeyoung burned the eggs and put Phd. Pepper to Nico's bread, and Nico almost broke Saeyoung's laptop(well, there was empty bags of Honey Buddha Chips)), and when they got themselves to the house, Saeran went to open his laptop to see what Nico and Saeyoung were doing at the moment. They kissed each other, while watching Nico and Saeyoung, who were hugging, laughing, talking and kissing. It just was too cute for Ethel's poor heart, and she needed kisses, so that's what happened.
